Invoices and membership certificates will be issued to all approved applicants as a matter of course after receipt of proof of payment and proof of registration of practice or endorsement by the local institution/association

Invoices may also be made available on request when required prior to payment. Please note that as the AAQS is not registered as a VAT vendor, no VAT will be charged
