Model Tender/Contract Document and FIDIC documents for use in Africa

The Association of South African Quantity Surveyors (50%), WinQS (25%) and DelQS (25%) sponsored a workgroup comprising Lydia Carrol, Don Reid and Corné de Leeuw to prepare both a Model Tender/Contract document and a Model Preliminaries Bill for the FIDIC red book 1999. These became available in October 2017
